Board of Community Health Councils in Wales Annual Report

The Annual Report of the Board of Community Health Councils in Wales for 2010-11 is now available. The board represents the collective views and interests of the Community Health Councils (CHCs) to the Welsh Ministers, as well as monitoring the performance of the CHCs and conduct of members and officers. The report includes a section on advising and assisting that looks at their scrutiny; monitoring of NHS services; engagement; consultation; and complaints advocacy.
